25 November 2022• Written by Georgia Boscawen

Christmas is just around the corner, and if you're planning to spend the festive season on board, it's time to book a charter yacht. With something for everyone, Christmas on board a superyacht is an ideal option for those looking to reconnect with family and friends in total privacy. Plus, as many vessels are currently located in warmer climes, it is a great opportunity to soak up some winter sun. Take a look at the best charter yachts still available for Christmas 2022…

Stats: 55m, Heesen Yachts, 2021, 12 guests, 13 crew

Highlights: New for charter in 2022, Moskito is a yachting thoroughbred built in the Netherlands by Heesen with interiors by Bannenberg and Rowell. The 55 metre yacht hails from the shipyard’s Fast Displacement Hull Form, created by Van Oossanen Naval Architects.

Rich eucalyptus, sycamore and smoked oak chevron woods make up the yacht's elegant interiors, which are peppered with a palette of blue and neutral tones. Her master suite spans a staggering 82 square metres, and she has plenty of space on board to comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

Moskito has a 100-square-metre sundeck, complete with al fresco dining spaces and a Jacuzzi for evenings on board watching the Caribbean sunset. There’s also an impressive beach club with a sauna, steam room and a swimming platform that offers easy access to the water with or without her water toys.

Moskito is available for charter with IYC from $400,000 per week.

Up on deck, Arctic has two sun decks with plenty of options for dining and sunbathing around the vessel. Her toybox is brimming with high-octane fun, with a Seadoo, kayaks, SUPs and diving equipment.
